Terms and Conditions

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Agents Recruitment (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”) and the client (“you,” “your”), including individuals, firms, companies, societies, or trusts, who engage with our services. By registering, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws.

1. Definitions

Materials: Products, PDFs, e‑books, images, videos, presentations, and other promotional or educational content provided by Agents Recruitment.
Membership Programs: Gold, Silver, Launchpad, Inner Circle, webinars, coaching sessions, and subscription‑based services.
Facebook Lead Generation Service: Campaign setup, account opening fee, ad spend management, and related services executed via Facebook Ads in partnership with a digital marketing agency.
Website: www.agentsrecruitment.com and associated subdomains or linked platforms.
Client: Any individual or entity purchasing or using services from Agents Recruitment.
48 Hours: Period commencing after completion of transaction and payment, within which materials become accessible.

2. Scope of Services

Agents Recruitment provides:

Membership courses, coaching programs, webinars, and digital training materials.
Facebook Lead Generation Service (subject to applicable one‑time account opening fee and applicable percentage of ad spend as communicated at the time of registration).
Media Support Services (website development, social media marketing, PR, SEO, branding).

3. Payments

Membership fees and service charges must be paid in full via Razorpay or approved gateways.
Facebook Lead Generation Service:
- Subject to the applicable one‑time account opening fee (non‑refundable) as communicated at the time of registration.
- Subject to the applicable percentage of ad spend payable in advance, as communicated at the time of registration.
Media Support Services: 100% advance payment required, as per the applicable fee structure shared with the client.
Additional work outside scope will be charged separately.

4. Refund Policy

All payments made for memberships, courses, and services are non‑refundable.
Exceptions apply only in cases of duplicate payment or failed delivery due to technical error, at our sole discretion.
Agents Recruitment shall not be responsible if the client does not achieve desired or expected results from any product or service. We expressly disclaim any guarantee of performance, outcomes, or business success.
If Facebook or any third‑party platform blocks, suspends, or terminates an ad campaign or ad account, Agents Recruitment shall not be liable to refund any fees paid.
If funds paid for services are held, frozen, or blocked by any third‑party tool, payment gateway, or service provider, Agents Recruitment shall not be liable to refund such amounts.

5. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information (including GST details where applicable).
Comply with all applicable laws when using our services.
Ensure Facebook Ads creatives comply with Facebook’s advertising policies.
By registering for the Facebook Lead Generation Service, the client expressly agrees to provide Agents Recruitment and its contracted digital marketing agency with access to the client’s Facebook Business Manager and Ad Account for the sole purpose of executing campaigns. Refusal or withdrawal of such access will prevent service delivery and does not entitle the client to any refund.
Provide necessary content and information for website/social media packages.

6. Data Protection and Client Rights

Agents Recruitment collects and stores client data through its WordPress website, Razorpay payment gateway, and internal Excel records maintained on local computers.
Data is collected solely for the purpose of providing services, processing payments, and maintaining business records.
Data will be retained indefinitely unless the client requests deletion. Upon such request, Agents Recruitment will erase service‑related data but may retain legally required records (such as invoices and tax compliance documents).
Clients must provide explicit consent before their data is collected, stored, or processed. By registering or purchasing services, clients acknowledge and agree to such processing.
Excel records are password‑protected and accessible only to authorized staff. Reasonable security safeguards are implemented to protect client data against unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
Data may be stored on servers operated by third‑party providers (such as WordPress and Razorpay). While Agents Recruitment ensures compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws, certain data may be processed outside India depending on third‑party infrastructure. Agents Recruitment shall not be liable for breaches or failures occurring due to third‑party platforms beyond its reasonable control.

7. Facebook Lead Generation Service

By registering for the Facebook Lead Generation Service, the client expressly agrees to provide Agents Recruitment and its contracted digital marketing agency with access to the client’s Facebook Business Manager and Ad Account for the sole purpose of executing campaigns.
Refusal or withdrawal of such access will prevent service delivery and does not entitle the client to any refund.
Agents Recruitment does not guarantee or claim any specific results, outcomes, or business success. Campaign performance is subject to Facebook’s platform policies, market conditions, and external factors beyond our control.
If Facebook or any third‑party platform blocks, suspends, or terminates an ad campaign or ad account, Agents Recruitment shall not be liable to refund any fees paid.

8. Third‑Party Services

We may engage third‑party service providers (digital marketing agencies, Razorpay, etc.).
While we exercise due diligence, Agents Recruitment shall not be liable for misuse of data or errors caused by third‑party providers beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific service in dispute.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, data, or profits.
Clients indemnify Agents Recruitment against claims arising from misuse of content, inaccurate information provided, or violation of advertising policies.

10. Termination

Agreement terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.
We may terminate services at any time with written notice.
Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials.
Termination does not entitle you to any refund.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or technical failures.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, including business plans, customer data, and financial information. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

13. Disclaimer

Services and materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Agents Recruitment disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee or claim any specific results, outcomes, or business success. Performance of campaigns and services is subject to third‑party platforms and external factors beyond our control.

14. Revisions and Errata

Materials appearing on our website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Agents Recruitment does not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes at any time without notice but are not obligated to update materials.

15. Links

Agents Recruitment is not responsible for the contents of any third‑party linked sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. Use of such sites is at your own risk.

16. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that any material on our website infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please notify us at Contact@agentsrecruitment.com with supporting details.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts situated in Vadodara, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

18. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.

19. Media Support Services Policies

Website Development Package

Includes website development (up to 5 pages), content writing (600 words per page), WhatsApp live chat integration, payment gateway integration (PayUMoney, PayPal, Razorpay), logo design (3 options), brochure design (double‑sided), and business card design (2 options).
Client must provide necessary information, images, and content.
Ownership of website, design, and logo transfers to client upon final payment.

Social Media Package

Includes Facebook page setup, 2 posts per week on Facebook/Instagram, paid ads setup, PR services (interviews, articles, banners), and basic SEO.
Client must provide accurate content and comply with applicable laws.

Payment Terms

100% advance payment required, as per applicable fee structure.
Additional work outside scope charged separately.

Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice.
No refunds under any circumstances.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Warranty and Liability

Services provided professionally and in accordance with industry standards.
Agents Recruitment not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Client indemnifies Agents Recruitment against claims arising from content provided.
