Refund Policy
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made from Agents Recruitment (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing our products or services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth herein. This Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of Purchases
This Policy applies to all products and services offered by Agents Recruitment, including but not limited to:
- Digital Products: PDF downloads, e‑books, presentations, videos, resource material, and online content.
- Membership Programs: Gold, Silver, Launchpad, Inner Circle, webinars, coaching sessions, and subscription‑based services.
- Facebook Lead Generation Service: Campaign setup, account opening fee, ad spend management, and related services executed via Facebook Ads in partnership with a digital marketing agency.
- Media Support Services: Website development, social media marketing, PR services, SEO, branding, and related packages.
2. General Refund Terms
- All purchases made for digital products, memberships, and services are non‑refundable once delivered, accessed, or commenced.
- Digital products are deemed “used” once downloaded, opened, or accessed online.
- Membership fees and service charges are strictly non‑refundable.
- Facebook Lead Generation Service fees — including the ₹3000 one‑time account opening fee and 30% ad spend commission — are non‑refundable.
- Media Support Services payments are non‑refundable once work has commenced.
- Agents Recruitment shall not be responsible if the client does not achieve desired or expected results from any product or service. We expressly disclaim any guarantee of performance, outcomes, or business success.
- If Facebook or any third‑party platform blocks, suspends, or terminates an ad campaign or ad account, Agents Recruitment shall not be liable to refund any fees paid.
- If funds paid for services are held, frozen, or blocked by any third‑party tool, payment gateway, or service provider, Agents Recruitment shall not be liable to refund such amounts.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same product or service.
- Failed Delivery: If you do not receive access to the purchased product/service due to technical error, and the issue cannot be resolved.
- Unauthorized Transaction: If payment was made without your consent and verified as fraudulent.
Refunds under these exceptions will be processed at the sole discretion of Agents Recruitment.
4. Payment Gateways
- All transactions are processed securely via Razorpay or other approved gateways.
- These gateways support credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and other payment methods.
- We do not store credit card, debit card, or banking details during the transaction process.
5. Delivery of Goods and Services
- Digital products are delivered via download links or online access.
- Memberships are delivered via scheduled webinars, coaching sessions, and online platforms.
- Facebook Ad services are delivered via campaign execution in partnership with our agency.
- Media Support Services are delivered as per agreed project scope.
- If you do not receive your product/service within the expected timeframe, you must immediately contact us at Contact@agentsrecruitment.com with transaction details to ensure prompt resolution.
6. Amendments
Agents Recruitment reserves the right to amend product pricing, specifications, terms of purchase, and service offerings without prior notice. Any changes to this Policy will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability for refunds is strictly limited to the circumstances outlined in Section 3 (Exceptions).
- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, data, or profits, arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
- Clients indemnify Agents Recruitment against claims arising from misuse of content, inaccurate information provided, or violation of advertising policies.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts situated in Vadodara, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder.
